| Just wanted to tell you the trip this year was fantastic! The guides James and Simon were excellent. The sewage treatment plant tour was also well worth the time. I want to thank you personally for providing this opportunity for my students and others across Alberta. Well done! |

| The guides and families really enjoyed the experience and want to go again
in the spring and plant trees too.
Particularly the guides and parents commented on the abilities of your river
guides - professionalism, knowledge and fun! The day was well
orchestrated/planned and paced with excellent variety and learning and fun.
Thanks for a wonderful experience! |

| My family and I really enjoyed the float. Thank you very much for the opportunity to take part. Although the weather was a bit cool and windy, everyone on the trip seemed to enjoy the day. You have a fine program and Simon did a great job as tour guide. He has clearly had a lot of practice. |

| Everyone reported a great time. We enjoyed Simon very much and thanks for delivering up the great weather. I think we even taught Simon some more bad jokes! None of us had been on that part of the river before so we were unaware of the "escape" it provides right in the middle of the city. I think a trip like that is also great to reinforce in both adults and kids the respect to be shown to the river from a safety point of view as well as environmentally so that when we are walking by the river or canoeing, rafting, etc. on it we will be aware. Thanks again for a great day and please pass our thanks on to simon. |

| We just got back from the trip. It was a little chilly but otherwise
fantastic. What a great combination of fun and learning. Simon and all the
guides were amazing. Our students really appreciated the day and I think
they got good data. We will be following up by trying to enter the data on
the website once we get it organized. We will also be doing some analysis of
our data. Students will be writing some reports and then maybe doing some
educational posters. Thank-you for your continued efforts in running this
program. Our students benefit greatly from your time and dedication. |

| I had a lot of fun and found it quite interesting! I really enjoyed the biological aspect of it with the invertebrates, as well as the tour through the plant. I found it quite surprising that only organic waste is taken care of and that chemicals can get back to the river. I thought the guides were great, and I liked the humor put into the trip. I found the part on digging a hole informative as well, as I do a lot of hiking. Thanx again! The results are very helpful for my project! |
