YOUR GUIDED ECOFLOAT EXPERIENCE: This captivating adventure spans 10 kilometres, guiding guests beneath city bridges, past historical landmarks, and through unique natural encounters along your river. Led by our experienced and certified guides, you’ll delve into the natural history and geology of the Bow or North Saskatchewan Rivers, both teeming with diverse wildlife, including deer, beavers, numerous bird species, and more. Gain insights into watershed science and its significance in our daily lives while surrounded by breathtaking scenery. Surprisingly, the city’s hustle and bustle will fade away as you immerse yourself in this serene adventure suitable for the whole family, starting from age 6. Our EcoFloat tours in South Calgary along the Bow River and west-central Edmonton on the North Saskatchewan River last approximately 3 hours, dependent on river conditions. Participants aged 6 and above, weighing at least 60 pounds, are welcome, with the recommendation of one adult for every two youths under 13 to ensure adequate paddle power for our rafts. Relish the thrill of dining on delectable dishes while floating down the river, where your meal is delivered to you shoreside, akin to a romantic picnic. The restaurant’s identity is kept a secret until the Monday before your adventure, adding a thrilling twist to your evening. We meticulously choose each restaurant to ensure they accommodate all dietary needs, guaranteeing a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience for everyone. This experience offers a unique dining adventure and celebrates local culinary talent committed to sustainability and using local ingredients.

YOUR FLOAT EXPERIENCE: Join Edmonton’s Official River Guides as they take you on a safe, fun, and personalized raft experience down the North Saskatchewan River right through the heart of Edmonton. Your 4-hour “Eco-Float” takes guests on a 12.5km tour that passes under nine city bridges from the Laurier Park Boat launch in Edmonton’s west end to the Dawson Park boat launch, just east of downtown. Embark on a journey of discovery with our guides as you learn about the fascinating history of the city, river and the surrounding area. But it’s not just about entertainment – you’ll also learn about the science behind our watershed and gain a deeper understanding of how it supports our daily lives. As you navigate the river’s currents, you’ll discover how our dedicated stewards work tirelessly to safeguard our most precious resource – our drinking water. Prepare for an inspiring and educational experience that will leave you with a newfound appreciation for this vital natural wonder.

YOUR FLOAT EXPERIENCE: Join Calgary’s Official River Guides as they take you on a safe, fun, and personalized raft experience down the peaceful and uncrowded Bow River section in south Calgary. Escape the crowds and congestion by exploring this beautiful stretch of the river. The Bow River in south Calgary provides exceptional opportunities to observe deer, beavers, ospreys, nesting eagles, and other wildlife. Our daily guided EcoFloat tours provide a serene and awe-inspiring experience amidst breathtaking scenery and unforgettable wildlife encounters. Surprisingly, you’ll forget that you’re still within the city limits! Perfect for the entire family, including children as young as 6, each EcoFloat on the Bow River promises a delightful summer adventure. Relax and unwind as our knowledgeable guides share knowledge and stories about the city’s history, the river, and diverse flora and fauna.
